While I was comfortable wearing them as is (packaging tells you to slowly incorporate them, if you've never worn a minimalist shoe before), I found that even a regular/medium, the boot is wide, certainly the toe box. I put my half-insoles in (see picture), and made it much more comfortable, and viable, on Friday's usage. #FreeToe
