Not a sealed product if the wrap is torn across the entire bottom. Appears to be packaged that way as no visible damage to shipping box. These are also repacks of original print date tins. Packs were not as expected, whole value was in Necrozma tin, not worth the price premium when the packs don’t reflect a 2017 original tin.
