I shipped the item, but it was lost in transit, which can happen during the holiday season. The buyer opened a claim on 12/19, and per eBay's policy, I refunded the order within 5 days as I couldn’t send a replacement and have it arrive in time. The buyer requested a new item, but I couldn't fulfill that request due to stock limitations, which I let them know.
