However, the seller was very responsive and offered a full refund or a discount if I chose to keep it. I opted to keep the item, and overall, I’m satisfied with the experience. If i had known that ahead of time I would have either found a different seller or used a different address. My local USPS is horrible to deal with. That said product was a good price and was as advertised. They did place it in the mail quickly but I would encourage them to be more upfront on products that require signatures or offer the ability to make changes.

I sent the chain back and when I got a refund the amount did not include the taxes I paid. I did send a note to that describing the oversight but did not receive a response or a refund on the tax.
