I got quick responses to my questions with helpful information. I'm happy I chose to have them repair my amplifier rather than replacing it with either a refurbished unit or a random one from another car (in who-knows-what condition). I now have a like-new unit without having incurred the expense of reprogramming. OEM Audio's service is excellent, and the turnaround was remarkably speedy. Thanks, OEM Audio!

Not that expensive when you consider the cost of buying a used one (that still will have this problem at some point) and you'd probably have to have the dealer program it. This was plug and play with a warranty. I hope it lasts as long as the car!
