Item is as described. There was a little damage in the shipping although it was well packaged. There is a small chip on pug's face but was able to fix with a permanent marker and not really noticeable unless really looking for it! Considering it was coming from Japan, I was lucky that was the only harm done to the pug. There was an issue in shipping, but the seller took care of it and this beautiful maneki neko was delivered today! The package was wrapped extremely well to protect the cat. The raised moriage and coloring of the cat matches the pictures perfectly...just as described. The cat is prettier in person and I love the expressive face. This style of Kutani lucky cat is always more costly, but the price on this one was very reasonable! I am glad it is here..excellent seller.
