Sent in for repair, got back within days. Amp now works good as new. Since it was already flashed by Harley for my bike, it does not need to be flashed again after the repair. Was told that after they make the repair, the same issue will not return. My first amp was repaired almost 2 years ago and still going strong. Highly recommend this repair over new amp purchase.

Amp was mailed there at their expense, fixed, and mailed back, and in my hands in only one week! It's back installed and works as good or better than ever. and at less than 1/2 the price of new, and with a one year warranty how can you go wrong. I've replaced these a few times in the past at 500 a pop. Never again now that I've found OEMAUTOAUDIO!

They answered all my questions and also helped me diagnose the problem after I installed the repaired amplifier. Turns out my factory head unit is also defective. They offered to repair it also for a reasonable price but I opted to install aftermarket head unit . The shipping process was very quick . They did the repair the same day they received my amplifier and shipped it back to me the next day. The whole process was 9 days !
