I never leave bad reviews but in this case the item was expensive, condition was misrepresented, and messages left unanswered. After accepting, the actual shipping was $43.15 USD. This is determined by eBay and includes fees for processing customs forms, etc. Therefore, when giving an international offer I let buyers know that I can't estimate S&H since I don't determine or see it on my end.
