Plug and play as advertisied, full OEM steering wheel controls retained. Patch lead included with SWC cables, other sellers make you pay for it seperately which is an added bonus

    A++ seller. Item was as described, in a new, in-box condition. Item works perfectly. Shipping took longer than estimated, however it was not the fault of the seller. The item delayed in US customs for 1 week, but arrived in fairly quick manner. Would buy from the seller again.

    Great Steamer!

    The Good: Good looking, well priced and easy to use. I bought this to get the wrinkles out of my curtains which I couldn't get out with an iron and it worked! I even use it to get wrinkles out of my clothes now as it is so much more easy and convenient than ironing. The Bad: The only thing is the brushes bristles are permanently curved in the direction I was brushing the curtains. They weren't made to take the heat, not too much of a problem if you only want to go one way.

    Good price, definitely won't replace an iron though.

    The Good: Well priced. Does a nice job on freshening up suits. Works nicely to iron "dry clean" items and delicates if they need a bit of a press. Works well if you leave it setup to get a few last minute wrinkles out of clothing. Not so Good: Takes a good couple of passes to get a reasonable result so not as easy nor quick as we had hoped. Won't replace an iron for business shirts or any kind of heavier fabric. We will continue to experiment with it for a while but likely to not use it for the original purpose. It's more likely to be kept as a bit of a quick emergency iron tool and my husband is keen to use it to freshen up suits between dry cleans.

    Great while it works

    It is a great little fabric steamer - easy and quick to use. We had to buy a replacement for one originally purchased about two years ago but used only ten or so times. Hopefully that was a bit of a lemon, so hoping this one lasts longer.

    Better than an iron

    I love this little machine. We don’t own an iron, and only have a few clothing items that get crumpled. Used on my sons chinos, after being completely crumpled in the drier. Was just SO EASY!! Didn’t think it would do much on the chinos, but worked perfectly. I have back issues so leaning over an ironing board is painful for me. With this I just hung the pants and could use the steamer standing up. Great if you have any back issues. The pants came up brilliantly. Extremely impressed. 100% happy with my purchase.

    Handy steam iron

    The perfect steam iron for those times you cant use a standard iron. Originally purchased to add life back into some foam couch cushions that have been over used. The steam iron was easy to use and have added value to our couch. Perfect too for all the hard to get to items that may need ironing such as curtains or large pieces of clothing. No need to drag these items across an ironing board anymore. Just hang them back in place and use the steam iron. So easy! Took about 3-5 mins to heat up and lasted more then 15 mins of steaming. Was easy to hold and manoeuvre across the product being steamed.
