An imprecise description of the item resulted in the wrong size being ordered AT THE DIRECTION OF THE SELLER. DESPITE OFFERING TO BUY 2 Of THE CORRECT SIZE if I could return the wrong size item, the seller was intent on justifying his position and was largely unhelpful. I find this hard to understand as he would have had the item returned and had 2 sales instead of an unhappy customer. The buyer had a 20" x 16" frame that he wanted to fit it into but failed to mention that until he received the item. He seemed to think I should have known what frame size he had for some reason, I didn't. I offered a full refund if he returned the item, he chose not to. I'm not psychic, always read the description.
