Item could have done with better packaging as it arrived open just hanging out of the bag, but arrived much sooner than expected. Luckily my item was heavy duty so no damage incurred during transit. Also arrived on 2 separate vehicles, so I had a bit of a panic when only 1 parcel was delivered! Quality piece of equipment and good value compared to others I have seen. Easy to put together, only a 1 man job. Good service.
