Offered me alternatives colors. Or the option to wait and they would 2nd day ship. Lee time was 3-4 days. I chose a diffrent color (blue) and boom they were here. I truly appreciate the honesty and speed of processing. I will be a repeat customer. The sound of these earphones are phenomenal!! Very comfy too!
