The day after I ordered them he started asking for $20 to cover shipping after I already paid him for the shipping when I bought the pants. This order he raised the shipping an additional $28. I paid over $90 for this pair of pants then when they arrived the UPS man says I owe $40 COD and I’m like what for and he said I don’t know. We called his the UPS terminal and they said it’s marked $40 COD they couldn’t tell me what it’s for. No refund.

I order them again and this time he raise the shipping an additional $28 above the the last shipping fee. I paid over $90 for the second pair. When UPS shows up they said I owe $40 COD. I asked what for and the driver said I don’t know. He called his terminal and they couldn’t tell us what the $40 was for. No they won’t refund nothing.
