Thankfully, the speakers did arrive, much later, and have been used to watch films and other videos and I m happy with them. To connect the speakers I use the bluetooth function and sometimes the optical lead, the difference in sound quality is almost unoticable.

On realising my mistake, I talked to them and reordered it as It was actually the exact model I'd wanted. It has been dispatched back to me now. All this saga from receiving my original order to receiving my refund and reordering it took only 4 days. 5+ stars Excellence
