If you don't reach out to that courier company in time, the parcel goes bye bye, cannot be delivered, cannot be found or is supposedly sent back. It's not really the seller's fault. I have ordered other titles from them after this and they arrived in perfect condition - it's just a matter of contacting the courier before they lose it/send it back.
