Great value bag

Gallant Punch bag
Seems to be a well made bag, that takes some real abuse. The only nag I can find is trying to fill the base with sand as the filling hole is very small, it took some time. My little boy loves it. The only thing it could do with is a grip base as it slides across the floor too easily, so I had to make a frame which stops it from sliding. But as for practicing its great. Recommended.

The perfect gift
I've wanted one of these in my household for a really long time so when my eleven year old daughter asked for one for her birthday it was the perfect gift. Now everyone is using it. Everyone needs to let off a little steam sometime and this it the best way to do it, plus it's great for training your body. Love this product.

Good solid punch bag.
This is a well made and solid punch bag. It's easy to assemble too. I initially filled it with water which will need to be replaced with sand as I am a big heavy guy and it moves if I hit it hard. My only criticism is that it isn't very tall. I am 6'4" so most people won't find it an issue I don't think. It comes with a cover which is good if you plan to leave it outside. Not a bad product at all really if a little on the short side.This is a well made and solid punch bag. It's easy to assemble too. It's ok
I find the picture of the man using it and the description of heavy duty a little miss leading. Don't expect something you can really lay into. I am no boxer but I can knock it clean over with a moderately hard straight punch. That said its well made and is good fun and is heavy enough to get you fit. I would class it as a keep fit device or a very decent kids punch bag rather than a professional peice of equipment.
