The Canon EOS-1D X DSLR is a powerful camera that can handle both high-resolution and high-speed photography. By using advanced algorithms, the high-end Dual Digic 5+ image processors also play a role in cleaning up grainy pictures. The Canon EOS-1D X has an advanced 61-point AF system for auto-focus. With 41 cross-type points, you can setup the focus point by point. The camera will then use those points to better track the focal interest across images automatically. Also, the RGB exposure metering sensors monitor color and light in rapidly changing conditions. This process allows the camera to control shutter speed and lens aperture for optimum light entry into the device. Too much or too little light can ruin your image. These metering sensors lower the possibility of overexposed or underexposed images. With the AF system and the exposure metering, the Canon EOS camera will help you to take the exact type of picture you want to take. Like other Canon DSLR cameras, EOS-1D X has full HD video capability. It has 1080p, 720p, and 480p resolutions. It supports industry standard ALL-I, IPB, and H.264/MPEG-4 compressions. You can decide on the compression mode depending on your image quality and storage space needs. Also, the video files larger than 4GB are automatically split during recording. This feature will keep you safe from data corruption due to large file sizes and save you time during file downloads. For professional videographers and filmmakers, there is a time code option that will be helpful for post-production. During shooting, you can use the LCD screen instead of the viewfinder to monitor your scenes. The EOS-1D X has been designed for an ergonomic shooting experience.
