Shaggy-haired Sam Sheepdog bids a good morning to his coworker Ralph and punches the clock. Ralph Wolf returns the greeting and punches in as well. The two exchange pleasantries but when the whistle blows, they go straight to work: a full eight-hour day of outrageous cartoon violence as Ralph attempts to steal sheep from Sam's flock and Sam attempts (and seemingly always is able) to thwart Ralph's efforts. First appearing in 1953's Don't Give Up the Sheep, the Warner Bros. duo have starred in another half-dozen cartoon shorts since then, with a unique appeal that seems to span multiple generations.<br><br>The tried and true premise enjoys a new twist in Looney Tunes Sheep Raider, an action puzzle game from Infogrames. In this title the player takes the role of Ralph, who is a contestant on a television game show. To win, he must capture all of Sam's sheep, one by one, and return with them to the studio. As in the classic cartoons, Ralph has a wide variety of special Acme brand gadgets at his disposal, the use of which can pose some interesting strategic possibilities. Of course, also as in the series of cartoons, Sam is a thoughtful, able, dedicated sheepdog and he won't let any of his charges go too easily. Often, the solution that seems the most indirect or convoluted may be the only one that gets the sheep.

    One of the best underrated PS1 games around

    I played this game when I was a kid, a teen and now as an adult. This game is far off anything you might have played. It's a puzzle game in which every level breaks your head even harder as you get throught it. You have to think like if you where in a cartoon, it's trial and error and when you find out what to do in the level you get that beautiful refreshing feeling. If you are a gamer looking for something "new" or a challenge, this a must in your collection. Graphics aren't that good, but hey, this game even has the spoken dialogs in three languages! (English, Spanish, French and subtitles in Portuguese). I super recomend buying this game as a Christmas or Birthday present for those old school gamers who want to have some challenging fun.     Hidden gem on ps1

    I remenber as a teenager, playing this game with my brother. The game is so good, a mixture of platform, stealth, comedy. It plays great and hasn't aged bad. I recomend playing it at least once in a lifetime

    Better than expected

    As title suggests you have to consider when ordering items that originally were presented to the market over 25 plus years ago, that the present day conditions of that item would be questionable. With this sheep raider PlayStation 1 game cd case and game manual and rear artwork conditions are pristine! I am a happy camper. Thanks to previous owner for taking care of this outdated item!!!!

    PS1 gold

    PS1 deep dive hidden gem. It's PS1= blocky graphics by modern standards also but very recognizable. If you're good with that and you liked the cartoon, you'll dig the game. Lots of personality to it, lots of fun.
