    Country Artists Please!

    I ordered the Trio album after seeing the movie about Linda Rondstadt. Not my genre of music, but I thought the songs would appeal to granddaughers. Close harmony and all--anyone who is a fan of Dolly Parton will like the album. I can take a little "country", and if I'm going to listen, Dolly and her side kicks are an excellent choice. BTW Linda Rondstadt is awesome, but the album features Emmy Lou Harris and Dolly as well. Interesting more than excellent, for this listener.

    OUTSTANDING

    3 great singers. 3 unique talents. They combined brilliantly on Trio 1 and then II. Wonderful harmonies in the Mountain music tradition with 3 wonderful voices. Both those great albums are in this set and there is a 3rd CD with 20 unreleased tracks or alternate takes. The 3rd disc shows that there was enough material for a 3rd Trio album. Great music. Very nice packaging. Even if you have the first 2 Trio albums, this is worth buying for the 3rd disc. Highly recommended,

    GREAT collection of country music hits!

    Very good collection of country music sung by 3 well known artist. The music is great to listen and relax to in the comfort of home. Would recommend this to any country music aficionado.

    The Title is OK. but I would have preferred " Pure Harmony or Harmony Heaven.

    I know what half the songs are since I listened to them years ago on vinyl. This CD was a Christmas present for me from me so I won't open it until Christmas. I sent the 2nd Trio CD to my sister in Minnesota and know she will love it.

    Angelic voices

    Wonderful voices that blend together beautifully. I love the extra disc with the additional songs and song versions. This is a definite bonus that you get buying this instead of buying the Trio I and Trio II individually.
