Perfect "like-new" open box condition. Looks like it was never used aside from a possibly function check. Seller packaged it very well and handed it over to the carrier ahead of estimate. Unfortunately there were several days it was stuck in shipping and was delivered late. But that is no fault of the seller. When I messaged a question, the seller responded in under an hour! This is my second lens purchase from this seller and I will certainly come here for my next lens purchase!

Great All-In-One Lens
This lens is surprisingly sharp, even at it's longest telephoto setting wide open. The lens is a great all-in-one lens because of the great focal length range (27-270mm full frame equivalent). The small size is the best feature. Built quality is excellent. Combined with the close focussing (1m at 100mm and 0.35m at the 10mm setting) this lens also works well as a macro lens. In fact I found it to be one of the easiest lens to use for hand held macro photography. This is because I a can use a relative wide setting to find the subject and then zoom in to the desired magnification. May be graymarket but works as described.
First off, it, so far, has worked really well. My problem with it is there is no serial number on the lens. This would lead one to believe it to be graymarket or for some other market besides the US. This was not mentioned in the item description but is so blatant that it should have been. For that reason, I gave it only three stars and not a good value as I will not be able to get it repaired if it malfunctions.First off, it, so far, has worked really well. Great last addition to my camera bag
This lens is no longer being produced. It is the "superzoom" lens made for the Nikon 1 series of cameras. The build quality is good and the images are sharp. It is a great travel lens for the Nikon 1 cameras.
