I contacted the seller and sent pics of the problem I’d found. She was extremely apologetic saying she had overlooked the holes. She volunteered to refund my money and quickly did so. I was extremely impressed by the way the situation was handled.

Having said that, this NO reflection on seller. product was exactly as depicted in screen shot and described in narrative. I was so impressed with the lovely FRESH scent when I opened the package, smells as if it was just washed and the hoodie was very clean almost as if newly purchased. Good value & thorough packaging. Will definitely keep this seller as she is nearby ;-) Recommend you check out her items.
