Wonderful Cookbook
This is a great cookbook, with compelling stories and photos. Tom Perini has a much loved restaurant in the little town of Buffalo Gap just south of Abilene, Tx. Great recipes without a host of ingredients, practical information to make you a better cook. Many of these date back to the chuck wagons and old West, satisfying stick to your ribs food.
