NotesThe Wipers are often referred to as Portland's first punk band. But calling the band 'punk' totally ignores and underestimates what Greg Sage and crew were doing from 1997 onward. Acknowledged by many over the years (including Nirvana's Kurt Cobain who curated a tribute album to the Wipers), the bands albums have been curiously unobtainable by many. The Wipers Box Set collects the first three albums (and a few obscurities) at a more-than-reasonable price for a 51 song 3 CD Set.
