Cutco's dinnerware stays as good as new no matter how old the set gets the quality remains excellent!
My father bought a set when I was young from a door to door salesman. They are still as good now as then. I need to be careful when my family or friends visit and tell them not to take them on picnics or drives home as they are not that kind of disposable knife. I'm happy with my purchase of Cutco Knives
