Still on glandex
First off, let me say my beagle does not "scoot" on the carpet, but she does have anal gland problems that have to be expressed every 4-5 weeks. The vet recommended that I try Glandex for her, so she has been on it (2 a day) for one month. Yesterday she went to the vet to have her normal procedure with the glands and they were FULL. So I had already ordered another jar of Glandex, which now she is on her 2nd month of meds. We will see in 5 weeks if her glands are any better. Not sure if this product is to just alleviate scooting on the carpet or to actually help with the anal glands getting full and needing to be expressed??????? I don't know. I am adding this after 4-5 mos of glandex, she still has to get her anal glands expressed every 4-5 weeks, but vet said it is easier to express them with less pain to her due to the glandex. Go figure. I will keep her on the glandex to alleviate pain when she has it done.

Not for my pup
I've heard really good things about this product which is why I bought it for my 15 month old Labrador. He was having an issue with his glands so I asked my veterinarian about this product, my veterinarian told me it's good so I bought it, however, it didn't work the way it should for my pup. It seemed to give my pup loose stools. My veterinarian told me to try a quarter of recommended dose which I have not done due to my pup having really good bowel movements and I do not want to make things worse for him since he seems to be okay now. I may try it if the issue arises again, if so, I will be back to amend this review.

Excellent Product!
I have purchased this product for my Service Dog several times. He loves the flavor and the product really works! He doesn’t scoot nearly as much as he did! Great Product!!

No scoot!
This is a very good product, I would definitely recommend it! My dog hasn't had any problems after about 5 weeks of taking glandex. Very happy with results and she is too.

Boot the Scoot! It worked!
My dog Max was showing the typical symptoms...so I decided to try this product out. I bought the 60 chew jar. At 3 per day, that makes a 20 day supply. My dog likes the flavor so it was no problem to feed him 3 chews per day. After the 20 days: No more problem. My dog is happy, I'm happy and life is good again! This stuff really works! Buy it. Use it. Your dog will love you for it.

It works!
My dog had an anal gland problem. Every 5 to six weeks had to have his glands expressed. The glandex has stopped the problem cold. I would give it 5 stars but... my dog does not care for the taste. He eats it but not willingly. I either have to put it in his food or coat it with peanut butter for him to eat it..

Great Product!
Peanut butter flavored & they are nice & soft. Great Product & it does works if your four legged companion "scoots!"

Working or not
This has not worked for my 7 year old chihuahua yet. She is only 6 lbs. She has started this issue this last winter. Every week I'm at the vet getting anal glands extracted! It's been over a month and one gland is working better than the other. Vet is insisting on surgery removal! I'll keep working on Bellie Button's anal with this glandex.
