It was well packaged but suffered some minor damage during shipping. However this was almost completely repairable on my own (just reattaching a few pieces). When I messaged about the shipping damage I got a quick response and was immediately offered partial or full refund options depending on whether I wanted to keep the product or not. Ended up repairing everything and got a partial refund. Phenomenal service! Thank you!
