The games that it came with were all in full Japanese only, which makes sense since the company is based in Japan. My console also came in with Japanese being the default language. I just looked it up on google and I was told what icons to look for and press so easy solution. UMD drive works perfect and theres only a few small scratches on the back which arent noticeable.
