He explained the process of how it's made, the materials used and a checklist of my exact requirements so he could custom make it to my specification. It took about a month which is expected as is it completely hand made and Alan kept me up to date and responded promptly to any questions and updates. He really took the time to get the specifications that I needed, and being able to have the choice in colours and materials was also personal. Also can't fault the communication, made me aware if there were any delays which was appreciated. Overall I am extremely pleased with the outcome of everything!
