Item arrived shortly after contacting the seller. The item worked perfectly. I have purchased from this seller many times and the items have always been excellent and so has the customer service. It was well packaged in bubble wrap that was taped, but it also wasn't wrestling a polar bear to get it out of the packing either. The laptop is as described and I am very happy with the product. I can't believe I got a laptop with these specs for the price of a new Chromebook (that will be obsolete in six months). Would definitely consider using this seller again for electronic needs.
