Good machine has been made over-complicated to set up
Bought this for mother dementia as a replacement for previous model. It certainly works better for my mum, she can hear it better and the alarm turns off easier which was a problem with the previous one. The only downside found so far is that there are far too many unnecessary 'features'. It took me a while to get the settings correct - I didn't want 'secure' mode, and not bothered about how many doses remaining, start date etc etc. Make it simpler (and correspondingly cheaper) and it would get 5 stars.
