I great book to have on hand

Very interesting and informative.
This book is a great starting point for those who are interested in learning how vitamins and supplements can help remedy specific problems or contribute to general overall health. However, it should be viewed only as a starting point. As I’ve come to learn from my own nutritional counselors, one has to learn how supplements work together, how to take correct dosages for the proper duration, and when to stop.  Take the book’s advice and consult with your doctor while taking supplements. So much content!
Quite amazing! I haven't had it for long, but I have shared content with a relative and there's just so much to learn. I love the index and how easy it is to get to what your "concern" is. Huge book with lots of natural healing advice.
I bought this book to help a few ill friends. I heard great things about it. From the little I have read so far, it seems very good. It is a huge book so I am only reading what I need at the moment.
