Some very slight changes from the original character, but a very good movie that captures Frank Castle well.
Good portrayal of Frank Castle. He is a former Delta Force operator in this version instead of Force Recon Marine, but the action is good, and there are many characters from the comic line represented in the story.

"Just Great"
What can I say other than---John Travolta can do anything thrown His way! I started noticing and liking Ben Foster from this film. Thomas Jane was just great. And to even see that Roy Scheider, (as His Father) had a bit part in the beginning.

I really enjoyed watching the theatrical version alot, but this special edition extended version is a whole lot more better than the original release.
Has a lot more explanation then the theatrical release, good picture quality and worth seeing over and over again.
