Although I didn't expect, the package arrived at my hands in just 3 days via DHL, free of charge! Inside the package, the lens was wrapped in layers of bubbled plastic sheet; the void filled with newspaper. In fear of shaking, the Vender even added a pack of Kleenex. An absolute expression of kindness and consideration for the customer. A culture shock! Simply the best experience.
