I contacted the seller right away with pictures and although it started off pleasant enough, they quickly became hostile when I asked for a partial refund for the missing items. They threatened me and I contacted eBay right away. eBay read the messages and were very upset at how I was treated. eBay opened a case requiring a full refund minus shipping and told me not to talk to the seller again and to direct them to talk to eBay only.
