Near mint state
Product came in Mint state. It's in excellent condition and as a collector I really appreciate that. Haven't played yet but considering that I love Arkham, I assumed this is going to be highly enjoyed!

Great game expansion but costly
Great expansion. But you need to know this is for the Arkham Horror 2nd Edition and requires it. Apparently doesn't work with the current 3rd edition. Also, unfortunately since it is out of print you have to pay scalper's prices to get it.
