The series follows the uneasy lives of Sandy (Peter Gallagher) and Kirsten Cohen (Kelly Rowan) as they struggle to manage their own complicated lives and reel in the difficult Ryan. Borrowing its name from its setting - a rich neighborhood in Orange County, California - this unrated drama features intense emotional interactions, palpable suspense, and an engrossing storyline.
