  The guitar controller was packaged with tape all around it. The entire controller was covered with tape to secure a small amount of foam (that is now also stuck to the guitar). I’ve had to spend hours trying to remove the tape residue. Haven’t gotten a chance to see if the product works or not, but will likely just buy a new one with how much of a pain it is to try and remove all the sticky residue.

  The seller canceled the order, which it was already placed and paid for, without providing any reason whatsoever. There was a specific issue with the shipping where the destination address had to be provided. The problem was that the seller repeatedly kept asking for the address, even though it was provided on multiple occasions causing further delays. I expected differently from this seller since all the reviews are shown to be positive. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing transaction.
