I have included elements of the narrative so that those unfamiliar with the Book of Mormon can better understand the context. It is an attempt to bring life to the events described. Those events are then correlated with documentable elements of ancient history, archaeology, geography, geology, and oceanography. When combined, one can begin to see the people described in the Book of Mormon as real people in real places.
