    Baby gate arrived in good condition however, the packaging from the carrier that delivered it had holes in it. Some of the hardware was missing due to the handling from the time it was sent until the time it reached me I notified the seller and he is currently working on trying to find me some spare hardware pieces. Value was great for the product product would have arrived as described. Had it not been for the handler who delivered it.. As I stated seller is working on getting missing parts.

    The shipping time a horse and mule could have beaten. The seller shipped but the item sat for 6 days before moving. It was well packaged and was as described by the seller.     Received this item damaged. Package was crushed in shipping and handling. Contacted the seller. He attempted to to find a replacement. When he was unable to do so, he promptly provided a full refund. Good Ebayer.. Good communication and did right thing to resolve issue. Would buy from this seller again.

    Easy to use,if...

    The actual product seems well made and is reliable, so far. However, most instructions for use and set-up are in pictograph form and leave a lot to be desired. In the diagram that labels the controls the power switch is not shown, or labeled. In one of the pictographs it show the sliding of the switch, but does not indicate that is the power switch, and there is no indication that the switch needs to be turned off when finished using the product. Some modern devices automatically power down after a short period of non use to prolong the battery life, but this one does not automatically power down until the battery is dead as far as I can tell. Likewise the receiver is not labeled or indicated in the diagram that labels the features and controls, or anywhere else, but it does mention the ...

    If you regularly do presentations (such as PowerPoint), this handy device is what you need. Rather than requiring an assistant to advance the slides or trying to clumsily use a wireless mouse, this remote will enable you, the presenter, to easily do it all yourself while staying out of the way of the screen. You can start the presentation, go forward or reverse, or black out the screen. The built-in green laser pointer helps you to bring items to the attention of the audience.     Awesome device

    Worked right out of the box with our new Mac air. Presentation buttons are easily understandable. The laser pointer is very handy. The Bluetooth usb dongle stores in the device so you never lose it. What a nice design. The unit itself is comfortable in the hand. High quality feel to it. And it came with a carry pouch.

    Product as described

    I am pastor and use devices like this multiple times a week. I looked at cheaper products but decided to go with this one because of it's distance and quality. The device has been perfect for our needs. It stays connected even at a significant distance of 100ft.

    Long range PPT slide changer with green laser pointer!

    Great product, fast service, would buy it again. Note that the USB dongle is made of very slippery plastic so it's hard for me to plug it in. Also, the green laser pointer is nice, but it will not show up on a big screen TV (I guess the TV is brighter than the pointer is.) Range is great, this is just what I needed.
