    Poor quality transfer

    I got this because Don Bluth's "The Secret of Nimh" is a masterwork of traditional animation technique, featuring parallax and backlit techniques at a time when Disney wouldn't pay for such quality. Regrettably the original DVD release was cropped to 4:3. This bluray while being in a widescreen format appears to be produced by projecting the film and then filming the screen. Strobing effects appear due to a miss-match between the projector and the camera used. Very disappointing.

    Works like a charm.

    After all these years later, this film is still a masterpiece and an essential piece for anyone's Blu-Ray library.

    I love this movie

    I loved this movie as a kid and still love it as an adult. A stellar cast and a fantastic story make for a great movie.
