A must have for fans of British TV sci fi.
Excellent sci fi from the 70s. This boxset includes every episore from all four seasons of the series. Also includes additional period footage of Blue Peter, Pebble Mill, Multi Coloured Swapshop episodes related to the series. A great nostalgia trip for those of us who were there, and great fun for younger people that weren't.

70's TV at its best
One of the best 70's BBC series outside Dr Who. ... The series has aged a little bit the cast is VERY engaging...... Very much a worthwhile purchase. . I HIGHLY recommend this set

Avon... hard as a coffin nail
Brilliant writing by Terry Nation. Total continuity to the last episode. You could not have chosen a better cast across all the series.

My favourite sci fi show when I was a kid
Yes it’s a bit dated Yes it’s low budget Yes it’s not HD But….. The story is as old as the hills and classic The characters are brilliant Avon is a legend

Blakes7 is awesome
I saw this broadcast in the late 70's on bbc1 via the fuzzy TV technology at the time and watching on dvd really does it justice.

Best of British
I loved Blake's 7 as a teenager and still find the stories engaging. It's classic sci fi at it's best

Classic sci-fi
Classic Sci fi from 1978-81. Have watched some episodes in the past but not all. I'm a Doctor Who fanatic but wanted to try something different. Just started series 2. A very compelling watch.
