He's very responsive and helpful with questions and I cannot recommend him highly enough The lens I ordered arrived in the UK at my house within 7 days of my order from Ukraine, his packaging is good, the lend was covered and padded both ends before wrapping in cling film and packing in polystyrene in two boxes... this man knows how to pack a heavy lens! Highly recommended
