They didn’t refund me $.22. When I questioned why they said eBay keeps part of the shipping. This is the first time I’ve not received a “full” refund when an item has not arrived or has been damaged in transit. I know it may sound petty when it was only $.22, but as my Daddy used to say it is just as good in my pocket as it is in theirs. Since it was brought to my attention I have issued them the remaining amount. The item was also lost by the postal service and under eBay shipping they could have received an insurance refund from eBay but instead I issued the refund out of my own pocket.
