    Simple exercises for everyday mobility for elders. Lots of talk at the beginning, on why exercise is important, but keep reading. This will keep me working at home, doing my everyday things without helpers. Tho he stresses exercising 6 minutes 2x a day, even doing them once a day helps. It all adds up. Working the body also helps the brain get stronger.
