I reached out to the seller when I received the product and he Immediately sent me a shipping label to return it. As soon as he received the item a full refund was given immediately.

Very well packaged in padded mailer with "Fragile" label and free shipping, doesn't get any better than that. The price was already great, and an unexpected discount was added after purchase to even further the value. Highly recommend this seller.

I am putting this in a mom-to-be gift basket, so I couldnt include the ratty-looking box, and had to take the products out of the damaged packaging. It's not a huge deal, but the presentation with the packaging would have been better.
