I guess from how long the seller must have had this product, the o-ring must have worn down from sitting on display. This in turn must have made the torso extremely loose which I can replace the o-ring and make it new again. Other than that, the Serpentor figure and Chariot are in top notch condition. It wasn’t described as such but I can let that slide. Cool though.
