Author Misrepresented Book Content!
Being a Cajun, I looked forward to these recipes with glee. However, over half of this book is unusable! These are NOT low carb recipes in any way! Beware! She self-published, and misrepresented the entire low-carb diet. Very sad indeed!Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Not for the faint of heart
This bok has some wonderful recipies, and some great stories. The only complaint is that some recipies dont have exact measurements, but if you are an experienced cook, you will do ok.
