All of my items have a two day business day handling time which would have been the 2nd and 3rd. The 4th was a holiday, 5th and 6th non business weekend days. I looked back and didn’t see any messages from you & It was within the stated shipping policy so I wouldn’t have reason to reach out with an update. Again; I completely understand the frustration but unfortunately this situation was out of my control
