Good, but you will need to touch up new paint job after install.
If you are planning to install after painting the bathroom, be aware that it will scratch your paint when you attach the toilet holder brackets. To attach you must slide the brackets onto the two wall supports and it is very tight to the wall. Thus you end up having to re-tough up the paint.
