The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss was a short lived television series in the 1990s and Cat’s Playhouse includes three episodes from television. “The Cat in the Hat Cleans Up His Act”‚ “The Cat in the Hat’s Indoor Picnic” and “The Cat in the Hat’s Big Birthday Surprise” make up this trilogy of Jim Henson created Cat in the Hat television stories. The first episode involves the Cat losing his bow tie in the messy house and having to clean up to find it. The second episode involves having to make new plans after rain spoils outdoor picnic plans. The final episode shows Terrence feeling sad because he thinks everyone has forgotten his birthday, but they all have a big surprise.
